This policy explains what personal data SOREN LTD collects when you use AdSpyke, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account data: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
Billing data: plan, subscription status and invoices. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, never by us.
Usage data: the markets you open, products you save, settings such as language and market, and, if you accept analytics cookies, how you use pages of the site.
Messages you send us, and, if you join the partner program, referral and payout details.
Why we use it
To run your account and plan limits, take payments, send sign-in codes and service emails, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product.
Our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (account, plan, payments, support); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, fixing errors, improving the product); your consent (analytics cookies and marketing email, which you can withdraw any time); and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
Product news and tips are sent only if you opted in. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Service providers that process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), PostHog (product analytics, only with your consent), Google (sign-in, if you use it), Cloudflare (network and security), Hetzner (servers and database) and Sentry (error reports).
If you connect an AI assistant such as Claude or Codex to your account, it receives the results you ask it to read. That assistant is run by its own provider under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal data. We disclose it to authorities only when the law requires.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the UK and EU, mainly in the United States. Those transfers are protected by UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
Cookies
Essential cookies and storage keep you signed in and remember your language and market. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them, and you can change that choice any time from "Cookie settings" in the site footer.
Retention and security
We keep account data while your account is open. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to what is needed to run the service.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
