Terms of Service

The service

AdSpyke helps e-commerce sellers research which products are being advertised in their market. It shows ranked product lists, ad examples, seasonal views and a personal shortlist, in the web app and through connected AI assistants.

AdSpyke is a research aid. It does not guarantee sales, profit or ad results, and you remain responsible for the products you choose, the stock you buy and the ads you run.

Accounts

You sign in with your email address or Google account. Keep access to that email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. One person or business per account unless your plan includes team seats.

Plans and payment

Paid plans (Individual, Start-up and Business) are monthly subscriptions. Prices are shown on https://adspyke.com and at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. If we change a price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.

Accounts without a paid plan use the free tier, which has lower limits and can change over time.

When you buy a plan you ask for access to start straight away. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you would normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service; by asking for immediate access at checkout you agree that this right ends once your access starts. Our Refund Policy and any rights consumer law gives you that cannot be excluded still apply.

Discount and partner codes

A discount code applies only as described when it was issued: to the plans, number of payments, number of uses and dates shown at checkout. One code per subscription. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or combined, and may expire or be withdrawn.

A code may be linked to a partner in our partner program, who then earns commission on what you pay. That does not change your price or your rights. We may cancel a discount obtained by breaking these terms.

If you join the partner program yourself, the partner rules you accept when joining also apply.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep paid access until the end of the month you already paid for. See the Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Do not resell, republish or bulk-export the data, share your account, try to bypass plan limits, probe or disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice when needed to protect the service or other users.

Content and ownership

The AdSpyke software, rankings and presentation belong to SOREN LTD. Ads and product pages shown in the service belong to their respective owners and are shown for research reference only.

AdSpyke is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and the data current, but provide it "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, stock or ad spend. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the app before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.
